Ithaca Sharp returns. Hugs, everyone: Thanks to your support, and an excellent 2018 harvest, New York Cider Company celebrates its first anniversary with the introduction of ITHACA SHARP #2. Like its predecessor––an homage to our hometown and the extraordinary wild and heirloom fruit here in apple country––the new Ithaca Sharp is dry, refreshingly tart, and full-bodied. (Salutes to Newtown Pippin, GoldRush, Northern Spy, Rhode Island Greening, and Golden Russet, among others.) Unlike its predecessor, this year’s blend enjoys strong forward tannins, no doubt from the bittersweet Chisel Jerseys we sourced and from a wild yellow bittersharp russet we foraged near our cidery. Enjoy cool.

A semi-dry & late harvest cider, the intense nose of ripe apple is balanced with beautiful acidity and maturity on the palate.
A refreshing & dry palate cleanser that packs a citrusy & hoppy punch. Pairs well with late mornings and early afternoons. #BrunchCider
High acidity, low residual sugar, & funky notes make this a wine-lover's cider. It drinks like a lambic, austere & refreshing with sour apple notes.
A crisp, dry sparkling cider aged on grape must, resulting in a decidedly wine adjacent beverage. Nice fruit + acidity -- a distinctive, refreshing bottle.
Easy-drinking, crisp, dry & fruity rose pet-nat - notes of raspberry, cherry & delicate bubbles. Perfect to sip on its own, or as an aperitif!
Ripe blackberry and currant notes dominate on the nose and palate. Fresh and fruit driven. Recommend a slight chill for this easy sipper.
Inviting aromas lead to a fresh & juicy wine, with lovely mouth-feel, minerality & spiced red berry flavors. A delicate yet luminous wine.
Strong lavender balanced honey – followed by smooth, creamy apples. Bits of citrus & the carbonation even out the intense palate on the finish.
