BORDEAUX OR BURGUNDY
There are reasons these two regions are legendary, and you can find out why when you sign up for this tasting. Choose one and we'll give you some prime examples of these French classic wines. This tasting really means business, so be prepared for the goosebumps!!!
CHAMPAGNE
This tasting gives you an amazing opportunity to savor the subtle differences among Champagnes from skilled growers and small producers. Learn about how it's made, why it is so site-specific, and why you too will prefer these delicious hand-crafted alternatives to the giant industrial production that dominates this region.

Ten to twelve people, $30 per person
Your group can choose from the following categories:
WINE 101
A broad selection of wines styles will be used to illustrate some basic principles of wine tasting, including how different winemaking methods, grape varietals and terroir influence the flavors of wine. This is a great class enjoyed by beginners and veterans alike!!
OLD WORLD vs.NEW WORLD
This tasting will be representative of two basic styles of wine from around the world. Compare wines made in a 'traditional, European' style with wines using a more 'modern or international' approach. Which do you prefer? Sign up for this tasting to find out!!!
